I’m all about asking questions, here are some you might have right now… 

Yes! The course does a deep dive into the science behind meditation and takes you slowly by the hand to practice meditations which increase in time with every module.

My aim is that by the end of the course, you have a good foundation of what you are doing every time you sit down and close your eyes – instead of wondering if you are doing it ‘right’.

Understanding the “hows” and “whys” of how meditation, stress and thoughts work will make a massive difference in how you approach your meditations.

What I’ve found is that most people who try to meditate with guided meditations find it really difficult to actually follow the meditation for more than a minute or so.

During the course I give you specific exercises and meditations to help you remain present and aware during your meditations. Students have told me that after the course, for the first time they have been able to let go and relax into their meditations.

I know mums have precious time to spend and as much as I love teaching the course live, I knew that for many mums this just wasn’t going to be doable. 

This is why I created this online version, which is completely self-paced, so you can do it at home, in your own time.  The lessons in each module are short, so if you only have 5 or 10 minutes, you can still make progress through the lessons as and when it suits you.

There is no time limit for you to finish the course, so you can take as little or as long as you want.

You don’t have to attend the live Q&A sessions, although I would love to have you!

During the live courses, I always left time for Q&A at the end, which students found really helpful. As an online student I wanted to give you the same opportunity.

If you have questions about your own practice or specific questions about introducing it to your kids, the Q&A session is the best place to go to get them answered.

If being a mum has taught me anything, it is that there is never a “perfect” time to start something new. 

Knowing what I know now about meditation, I wish I would’ve started when I was a kid (which is why I am so passionate about teaching it to children). But I am grateful that I found it when I did and that it is something that I can pass on to my kids.
